Travel time is charged as part of your contract. 25 Hour contracts and above also carry a response time guarantee. 50 Hour contracts and above, when upgraded to Emergency Support contracts, provide an even faster response time for those customers requiring immediate service any time of day or night, including holidays.

- Best for installations, client workstation configurations, multiple server setups, and multiple maintenance visits throughout the year.
- Plan can be upgraded to include 24/7 emergency support for an additional 50 percent of the price of the contract.
75 Hour Support Contract
- Even better response time than 50 hour contract.
- Best for companies that need regular onsite visits or to complete a larger project.
- Can be upgraded to a 24/7 emergency support for an additional 50 percent of the price of the contract.
100 Hour Support Contract
- Best for companies with equipment that can’t be down.
- Our highest priority support contract.
- Maximum 4-hour response time by telephone.
- Can be upgraded to a 24/7 emergency support for an additional 50 percent of the price of the contract, which will also include a maximum 2-hour response time.
Unlimited Monthly Support Contract
- Best for companies who need a dedicated IT provider.
- No limit to monthly support hours.
