The SonicWALL PRO 200 Internet security appliance delivers high firewall and VPN performance and unlimited node security for medium-size businesses and branch offices. The 1U rack-mount PRO 200 delivers hardened firewall protection with an ICSA-certified, stateful inspection firewall with integrated ICSA-certified IPSec VPN connectivity. The PRO 200 now also comes with a 10 user VPN client license.

The SonicWALL PRO 200 is the ideal firewall for mid-sized businesses and remote offices which need to connect to corporate offices via VPN. The PRO 200 is rack mountable, and suited with a DMZ port, support for up to 500 VPN connections and 200Mbps firewall throughput!

SonicWALL PRO 200 Overview

Built on SonicWALL's security ASIC, the PRO 200 provides the fastest performance in its class. By offloading processing overhead associated with encryption, SonicWALL's security ASIC guarantees superior performance for up to 500 VPN tunnels.

The PRO 200 features an intuitive Web management interface and administration wizards that simplify security management. The PRO 200 provides everything needed for secure connectivity and supports the comprehensive portfolio of SonicWALL Security Services, including Network Anti-Virus, Content Filtering, and Authentication Service. This eliminates the cost and complexity of installing and managing separate devices and software packages.

A standards-based appliance, the PRO 200 requires no operating system maintenance often found in software-based security products. The PRO 200 fits perfectly into a large corporate network infrastructure and can be managed by a wide array of local or remote options including CLI, Web-interface, and SNMP. For centralized management and policy setting, the award-winning SonicWALL Global Management System is designed to reduce administration overhead as security requirements scale.

SonicWALL High Availability can be added as an optional PRO 200 upgrade for mission-critical security by configuring two PRO 200s as a redundant pair.
